Alpha Phi Iota Chapter at Coastal Carolina University Closed

The Alpha Chi Rho National Council closed the Alpha Phi Iota Chapter on the Coastal Carolina University campus on December 2, 2023.

Alpha Chi Rho takes any hazing allegations against members very seriously. We hope to return to the Coastal Carolina University Greek community some time in the future when we will recruit men of Character, Honor, and Integrity. Throughout this process, we have partnered with the Institution’s Greek Life office and hope this partnership continues when Alpha Chi Rho returns to campus.

Founded in 1895 at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, Alpha Chi Rho has established Chapters all across the United States. Alpha Chi Rho is a charter member of the North-American Interfraternity Conference.
