Theta Chi Phi Re-Chartering

Brothers,

The Theta Chi Phi Colony, after much work and perseverance, will be Re-Chartered on Saturday, April 23, 2016 on the Montclair State University Campus in the Formal Dining Room on the second floor of the Student Center. Attire for the ceremony and reception is formal.

The schedule for the day is as follows:

v  12:00pm – Preparation for Ceremony – All Brothers are invited to help prepare the Colony men for the ceremony.

v  1:00pm – Ceremony – All Brothers are invited to participate in the Ritual of Initiation and Chartering which will begin promptly at 1pm.

v  2:30pm – Breakdown and Setup for Reception – All guests are welcome to remain in the immediate vicinity to network and congratulate them while the room is setup for the reception.

v  3:00pm – Reception – All guests are invited to partake in the reception in the Formal Dining Room. The Reception will conclude at 5:45pm.

The menu for the reception is as follows:

v  Chicken Parmesan

v  Caesar Salad

v  Bread

v  Mini-Cookies and Brownies

v  Fruit Infused Water, Lemonade, Tea, and Coffee

Please note a Vegetarian option is available upon request.
