Alpha Chi Rho National Fraternity is happy to announce the hiring of Brother Matthew Dapiran (Theta Chi Phi, ’22) as a Leadership / Expansion Consultant. Brother Nicholas Ramos (Theta Chi Phi, ’20), who previously served as a Leadership / Expansion Consultant, has been promoted to Director of Chapter Services for the Fraternity.
Matthew Dapiran is from Manahawkin, NJ and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Montclair State University. Matthew is hoping to gain more leadership skills, network, and continue to recruit and cultivate great men in Alpha Chi Rho. When asked why he was interested in the position, he stated, “Alpha Chi Rho changed my life and let me experience a lot of things I never thought I would. I want to give back to the organization that helped me get to where I am today.” Outside of Alpha Chi Rho, Matthew enjoys photography, sporting events, the gym, and traveling.
Matthew joined the Theta Chi Phi Chapter at Montclair State University in fall 2020. During his collegiate years, he served as the Recruitment Director and Interfraternity Council Recruitment Director.
Nicholas Ramos graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication and Digital Media in 2020. He is excited to improve the support our Chapters and Colonies receive, develop himself more and continue to cultivate men of word and deed across the Fraternity.
