
108th National Convention
Join Brothers from across the country and world for the 108th National Convention in Neptune, NJ. The Convention business meeting and educational sessions will be hosted virtually and in-person allowing more Brothers to attend this year’s events. Registration:
Resident (Undergraduate) Registration and Graduate Registration is now closed.
All Chapters / Colonies are required to send two / three delegates to the Convention. The registration fee is $125 per delegate (total $250 for two / $375 for three). If the Chapter/Colony’s delegates are attending in-person, they must confirm their in-person status by June 1. If the Chapter/Colony’s delegates choose to not attend in-person after June 1, the Chapter/Colony and delegates will be charged for the in-person costs.
Graduate Brothers can attend virtually or in-person. The registration fee is $250 per Brother regardless of the attendance option.
Hotel / Accommodations:
Please note that for this Convention the National Fraternity is not acquiring a hotel room block for resident or graduate Brothers. If you would like any recommendations for local hotels, please contact the National Office.
For those attending in-person, meals will be provided on Friday and Saturday.
National Constitution and Bylaws Amendments:
In November 2024, the National Council of Alpha Chi Rho began to review the National Constitution and Bylaws to correct inaccuracies not addressed in the 2023 revision. The National Council, on April 1, 2025, voted on each amendment and declared that the process of Article IX, Section Two (“Resident Chapter and Graduate Brother Approval”) begin so that the amendments be voted upon at the 108th National Convention.

Resident (Undergraduate) Process:
Your Chapter must discuss these amendments in a formal Ritual meeting, tally the vote of every member (including absentee ballots), and report the majority vote to the National office no later than June 1, 2025.
Votes received at the National Office will be marked on the National website here. If you do not see your Chapter’s vote, please contact the National Office at 732-869-1895.
Steps to Vote on the Amendments
- Distribute the proposed amendments to all Brothers of the Chapter prior to the Chapter meeting.
- Convene a meeting under Ritual.
- Discuss each proposed amendment or discuss adopting all of the amendments in a unanimous block.
- Call for a vote on the proposed amendment or on all of the amendments in a unanimous block.
- The Secretary must record the vote. If a majority (51% or greater) of those voting approve of the amendment, your Chapter has ratified the amendment. If the Chapter is voting on all amendments in a unanimous block, the vote must be three-fourths (75% or greater) of those voting.
- Upon completion of the meeting, the Chapter Secretary must certify the vote by submitting the letter below and sending it to Scott Carlson, National Secretary, via mail or email.

Graduate Brother Process:
By clicking the link below you will be asked to electronically vote yay, nay, or abstain. Per Article IX, Section Two of the National Constitution, all Graduate Brothers in good standing shall vote via electronic ballot. Approval on any amendment shall be given by three-fourths of ballots cast.
Amendments to the National Bylaws will also be made at the 108th National Convention. Per Article XIV of the National Bylaws (“Amendments”), “all amendments to these by-laws shall be by an Act of National Convention and passed by a majority vote of voting delegates present.” Therefore, in order to vote on these amendments, you must attend the Business Meeting of the 108th National Convention.
