Anthony Mussari hired as Leadership Consultant

Alpha Chi Rho National Fraternity is happy to announce the hiring of Brother Anthony Mussari, (ΑΦΘ, ’19) as a Leadership / Expansion Consultant. Anthony will begin this position in January 2020. The Leadership / Expansion Consultant supports Fraternity operations by functioning as the initial and primary contact for Chapters, Colonies, alumni associations, and campus officials through travel and routine methods of communication. Anthony will be primarily focused on Alpha Chi Rho’s first expansion in South Carolina at Coastal Carolina University.

Anthony is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelors of Arts in Interactive Media Studies and two minors in Graphic Design and Digital Innovation.

While working with Coastal Carolina, Anthony hopes to see a direct impact on the men that will join and develop that Colony. He is also excited to further develop his professional and leadership skills through networking with Fraternity Brothers.

When asked why he wanted to work for the Fraternity, Anthony said, “I always think it is funny because I got wrapped into Greek life in a more untraditional way. The Alpha Phi Theta chapter of Alpha Chi Rho that I call home was just a Colony at the time and one of my good friends recommended that I join. I met up with the recruitment chair, met the small group of guys and instantly felt a connection with everyone in the room. I knew I wanted to be with these gentlemen and be a part of what they have. A Chartering, and a couple of Initiations later, and I still love every minute of the Fraternity and the fine men I get to call my Brothers.

Looking at my December graduation and not knowing the path in front of me I spoke to Nick Hewgley about this position and I knew this is what I wanted to do. It just felt right, taking my experience of being a founding father and using it to help start a new Colony in South Carolina.”

Outside of the Fraternity, Anthony enjoys watching movies (and is very excited for Star Wars Episode IX) and listening to music (80s rock anyone?). He really enjoys hanging out with his friends and family as well, whether that be playing board games or ultimate Frisbee.
