According to the Foundation By-Laws (Article I.1. Membership), members who have donated more than $75.00 in the past year qualifies them as an AXPEF member and eligible to vote in the 2025 Trustee Elections.  You are invited to take part in the Annual Meeting of the members of Alpha Chi Rho Educational Foundation, Inc. (AXPEF).

The agenda of the meeting includes:

• The election of Trustees to succeed those Trustees whose terms of office have expired
• Report from the Chairman
• Consideration of the actions of the Trustees since the last Annual Meeting and consideration of such matters as may properly come before the meeting

Immediately after the annual meeting of the members, the newly constituted Board of Trustees will meet to elect its officers and to enact Foundation business, which will include financial reports, recent development and fundraising efforts, scholarship and grant updates and the updates on the Strategic Plan of the Fraternity and Foundation.  You are encouraged to remain for this meeting.

You are encouraged to participate in the entire schedule for the day.   The schedule includes:

10:00 AM – 10:15 AM                    Welcome / Introductions / Overview

10:15 AM – 10:30 AM                    Annual Membership Meeting

10:30 AM – 1:00 PM                      Trustee Meeting
