All Chapters and Colonies are expected to send the following officers to Conclave: president, vice president, treasurer, and risk management officer/social officer. Attire is business casual.

7 PM: Optional Initiation Refresher
9 PM: Check-In and Registration Closes

8 AM: Check-In and Registration Opens
9 AM: Breakfast
10 AM: Opening Session
11:00 AM: Educational Block 1
12:00 PM: Networking Session
12:30 PM: Lunch
1:45 PM: Educational Block 2
2:45 PM: Educational Block 3
3:30 PM: Afternoon Snack Break
4:15 PM: Closing Session
