Brother,

I am writing to update you on the Fraternity’s operations and to seek your financial support through Graduate Dues. If you have already paid your Graduate Dues for this fiscal year, I thank you.

With many undergraduate members returning to campus full-time for in-person classes and activities, the Fraternity provided leadership and development training for all members throughout the Fall 2021 semester.

  • In September, an officer roundtable for presidents and vice presidents was held to discuss goal setting and managing crises.
  • In October, more than fifty new Brothers who joined in 2021 gathered virtually at a Growth Summit to connect with other Brothers and learn about the National Headquarters’ services.
  • Finally, in November, two officers from each Chapter attended a roundtable to discuss officer transition as many Chapters have elections in late November/early December.

The Fraternity will add its 101st Chapter this spring. The Coastal Carolina Colony will be Instituted and Chartered in April 2022. Expansion efforts continue at Phi Kappa (University of Illinois), Phi Lambda (Penn. State), Omicron Phi (Utica College), and Phi Xi Chi (Towson University).

Chapter support through bi-weekly calls between National staff and Chapter officers continues. Specific training outside of the National events, when requested, is provided on a timely basis. Chapters at Pace University, NYIT, Montclair State University, and Miami University requested and were provided training on recruitment, communication, accountability, and general operations.

Thankfully, new member recruitment and retention has improved after in-person classes resumed. Fall 2021 new member numbers were 71% higher than Fall 2020, with a retention rate of 95%. Spring 2022 recruitment looks to be very promising and exceed the Spring 2021 new member total.

Graduate Dues help provide undergraduate members specific training to make Alpha Chi Rho succeed on their campuses. To help the Fraternity continue to provide this high level of support, we need your help. Your annual Graduate Dues (not tax deductible) will directly provide the Chapters and officers with more customized and specific support. Please support your Fraternity today.
