Anthony Massa Hired as Intern

Alpha Chi Rho National Fraternity is happy to announce the hiring of Brother Anthony Massa, (AΦΘ, ’20) as an Intern until October 2020. Anthony’s internship will focus on evaluating, improving, and creating Graduate Chapters, as well as bolstering the Regional Clubs across the country.

Anthony is originally from Canton, OH and graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business from Miami’s Farmer School of Business with a concentration in Human Capital Management. He recently moved to Chicago, IL where he will be starting his career in Management Consulting this October.

Anthony has always had a passion for building community. He did this as a Founder and Chapter president of the Alpha Phi Theta Chapter at Miami and he has continued that by launching the Alpha Phi Theta Graduate Chapter this past spring. Graduating this past May and moving to a new city made him think a lot about maintaining the bonds of Brotherhood he formed in college in the long term, as well as getting to know more Brothers nationwide. During his internship, Anthony hopes to establish active Regional Clubs and Graduate Chapters to make it easier for all AXP men to continue to find community after college.

Outside of the Fraternity, Anthony spends a lot of time reading and listening to all kinds of books and podcasts (he is also always happy to take or provide recommendations). He, as part of his quarantine, launched his own podcast called “The Why We Work Podcast”! He is also a big fan of the Peloton app and wellness in general.
