Brothers, Family and Friends:

Just the other day, I realized that the Foundation Annual Meeting this April will be the end of my 5th year as President. So, I thought this Annual Report would be a good place to let you know not only what has happened in 2016, but also where YOU have brought the Foundation during these years.

Since 2012, the Trustee and volunteers have worked hard to increase support of the Foundation and our Brothers have stepped up to the challenge.

We want YOU to know that your donations are appreciated! YOU are important to your Foundation and Fraternity and, without you, we cannot do all the tings which will help our Brotherhood thrive.

We have reached our goals:

• Lifetime and Annual Giving societies were established
• New digital and print communication vehicles and social media channels were created to keep you informed
• 15 scholarships and multiple Chapter leadership and educational grants
• Prevention programs like “No2Hazing,” and “It’s on Us” were funded to ensure safety on campuses
• Professional coaching programs were piloted with our Chapters to develop stronger leaders
• Finally, because of YOU, we hired Jay Anhorn, Lehigh ’95, the new Director of Development, who is hard at work moving AXPEF forward.

So today we are ready to Grow Crow in all ways, but we cannot do it without your continued and increased support. Help us by setting up a monthly recurring gift. Get your Chapter Brothers to donate, everyone’s help is needed. We look forward to hearing from you to make the Brotherhood stronger!
