Membership)\, members who have donated more than $75.00 in the past year qualifies them as an AXPEF member and eligible to vote in the 2025 Trustee Elections.  You are invited to take part in the Annual Meeting of the members of Alpha Chi Rho Educational Foundation\, Inc. (AXPEF). \n  \nDate:                    Saturday\, May 3\, 2025 at 10:00AM EDT \nLocation:           R. B. Stewart National Headquarters: 109 Oxford Way\, Neptune\, NJ\, 07753  \nZoom Info can be provided by reaching out to the National Office.  \nThe agenda of the meeting includes: \n\nThe election of Trustees to succeed those Trustees whose terms of office have expired\nReport from the Chairman\nConsideration of the actions of the Trustees since the last Annual Meeting and consideration of such matters as may properly come before the meeting\n\nImmediately after the annual meeting of the members\, the newly constituted Board of Trustees will meet to elect its officers and to enact Foundation business\, which will include financial reports\, recent development and fundraising efforts\, scholarship and grant updates and the updates on the Strategic Plan of the Fraternity and Foundation.  You are encouraged to remain for this meeting. \nYou are encouraged to participate in the entire schedule for the day.   The schedule includes: \n10:00 AM – 10:15 AM                    Welcome / Introductions / Overview \n10:15 AM – 10:30 AM                    Annual Membership Meeting \n10:30 AM – 1:00 PM                      Trustee Meeting \n  \nPlease register on or before April 25\, 2025\, so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
