After hearing your concerns from Convention and the IMPACT! Training, the National Office has partnered with a new program, ChapterBuilder, to refocus our efforts on the recruitment of quality men. Many Chapters stated during IMPACT! that they are struggling with having a consistent class size and ChapterBuilder can help in multiple ways.

ChapterBuilder, https://chapterbuilder.com/sign-up/, is used only by Chapter Brothers in order to manage the rush process year round through organizing the contact information and other materials typically gathered by the Chapter.

ChapterBuilder could help your rush through its multiple functions and resources such as:

• Integration with CampusDirector (school wide Greek-Life program) to recruit potentials and a VirtualCoach tailored to help the Chapter along the way,
• Ability to make profiles to display accurate information from the potential’s social media accounts and keep record of all communication with them,
• Ability to filter potentials based on their tags (Leadership, Athletic, Music) to ease mass communication via SMS or email,
• Real-time analytics for the Recruitment Chair and Brothers to show their progress in recruitment,
• And at least a 30% growth in signed potentials than before using it!
