All chapters are billed twice a year for a Chapter Assessment and for Liability Insurance. These bills are sent to the chapter at the start of the fall and spring semesters. The liability insurance premiums are currently billed through our insurance broker who allows the chapters to finance the payments. The chapter assessment is billed from the National Headquarters and payment plans can be arranged.

The chapter assessment is combined with other income the fraternity receives to provide chapter services. These include the National Convention, LSI, Conclaves, the traveling consultants and the national staff.
In addition, each chapter has the responsibility to inform its postulants of the Initiation fee they will be required to pay upon initiation. The chapter is the first source of the billing and collection of these fees.
