Graduate Relations	0.77%	The Fraternity works to continue and build a relationship with alumni by sponsoring and informing alumni of events in their region.
Graduate Solicitation	0.67%	From time to time the Fraternity must spend money in order to attempt to raise money from the Alumni to offset the operating costs.
Garnet & White	10.95%	The production of the Garnet & White magazine.
Insurance	21.13%	The liability insurance carried by the Fraternity to cover each chapter.
National Council	1.42%	Expenses incurred by the National Council for traveling and meeting. Only the undergraduate council members are reimbursed for their expenses.
NIC Expenditures	1.28%	Membership dues and other expenses incurred for being part of the NIC.
Interest Expense	2.07%	Expenses to be paid on lines of credit the Fraternity maintains.
New Member Expense	1.47%	Expenses incurred for the Badges, Membership cards and certificates for each new initiate. This is offset from the Initiation fees.
Web Page Expense	0.48%	Expenses incurred for the hosting and maintenance of the Fraternity portion of the webpage. AXPEF funds a portion of the web page also.
Jewelry Expense	0.05%	Expenses incurred from our jewelery vendor.
Professional Services	0.29%	Fees for legal services, accounting and other professionals.
Bank Service Fees	0.48%	Charges incurred from our banks and investment companies.
Chapter Visitation	1.53%	Expenses incurred by the traveling staff.
Expansion	0.96%	Expenses incurred for the specific purpose of expanding the chapter role of the Fraternity.
Headquarters Expense	5.74%	Rent and other expenses incurred related to the National Headquarters. The Headquarters is owned by AXPEF.
Payroll Expenses	34.07%	Staff payroll, insurance other expenses. Some staff expenses are offset by the AXPEF grants.
Convention	4.13%	Expenses incurred for the bi-annual convention. A portion of Convention is offset by the AXPEF grants.
LSI	2.76%	Expenses incurred for LSI. The majority of LSI is funded by AXPEF grants.
Conclaves	2.87%	Expenses incurred for regional Conclaves. A majority of this expense is offset by the AXPEF grants.
Educational	5.26%	Expenses incurred for Education programming. A majority of this expense is offset by the AXPEF grants.
Non Educational	0.29%	Any programs offered by the Fraternity to the chapters that can not be classiffied as educational.
New Chapter Chartering	0.77%	Expenses incurred in the institution of new chapters.
Collection Fees	0.57%	Expenses incurred in the collection of past due debt.
